Experiencing Polylude by Touch, Drawing Tablet, or Mouse
For the recommended experience, touch or drawing
When this documentation mentions ‘gestures’, it is indicating something that may be done by various ’two-dimensional’ manual inputs, usually on a touch screen or drawing tablet or a mouse.
Using Polylude, it may be evident that it was developed with drawing strongly in mind.
It seeks a natural way to visually interact with ideas. And while it strives to be as friendly as possible to different input types, we think either multi-touch or drawing inputs will give you the best experience. While it’s possible to draw with a mouse, using the context menu becomes more practical if that’s what you have.
Adding a keyboard to the mix can also be useful. Polylude has also been optimized for people who find the keyboard their natural home. If this is you, we hope you find most features easy to access by keyboard alone.
