About Context Menus
Keeping features at your fingertips even when using a mouse.
The mouse wasn’t built to freehand draw. So to avoid travel back and forth when placing concepts, for example, the canvas context menu allows you to pick the concept type at the point of placing it.
Usually opened by a click of the right mouse button (may vary with browser settings), these menus are available to perform actions relevant to what’s clicked, depending on the context in which they are clicked.
It can also be a quick entry point to these docs, with help topics depending on what you click.
Canvas Context Menu
Besides picking concept types, also launches the finder, selects all concepts, and switches playpen contexts.
Series Canvas
Simpler series playback control. Or launch the series chooser.
Concept Context Menu
Rather than having to switch contexts, this menu gives another way to choose how to build on ideas.
Very basic concept tagging is also offered. If you tag some concepts, the menu lets you connect the two most recently tagged.
Concepts in Series
Determine if or where a concept is in a series. If it’s not, lets you add it. If it’s not, lets you remove it.
Link Context Menu
In contrast with the more involved ‘cut’ gesture, the menu provides a ‘Delete’ option.
