View and Adjust Playpen Details

(Re-)Name, change privacy, and simplify the view of the current playpen

When nothing is selected in playpen view, the context pane summarizes the playpen being viewed, similar to how it’s summarized in island view.

Besides name and privacy settings, it also allows controlling concept visibility, sharing content in various forms, and (when viewing your own playpens) has a button for publishing/saving any unsaved changes.
