Switching Subscription Plans & Managing Billing Cycles

Subscriptions may either be paid each month, or each year. And you can switch between these schedules at any time.

Of course, different cycles charge different fees. If you’re switching to a longer cycle, funds will first be debited from your account before the remainder is charged to your selected payment method. Whereas moving to a shorter one will credit your Polylude account according to the time left unused.

To switch, open your subscription settings and tap ‘Compare Plans’. This view shows a table of plans and prices, and at the top corner of the table is a link to switch billing cycles.

If your account has not been activated, tapping the link will only switch billing cycles – you’ll still need to activate the account separately.

Otherwise, with an active account, tapping the link will preview the change to your current subscription. And tapping ‘Apply’ will make the switch.
