You can cancel your Polylude subscription at any time. Note that until the end of your current billing period (indicated under the ‘Funds’ display in your subscription settings), your account will remain active. At the end of that time, your Polylude presence will be cleared.

Canceling

At the bottom of your subscription settings is a ‘Close account’ button. Tapping it will change your subscription to end with the end of your current billing period.

Changed your mind? Reviving your subscription

After tapping the ‘Close account’ button, you will notice the button text toggle to ‘Yes. Revive my account’. Tapping that button any time before the account expires will undo the closure, and you will continue to be billed as before.
